
Welcome to the beginning of A Mindful Soul. I invite you to join me on a journey through the love, experiences and lessons that my life holds. A journey like this will always be evolving and forever hold many wonders. I find it exciting and daunting at times that life is so full of wonderful and stressful moments. It is our ability to stay mindful in these forever changing times that we can gain the most joy, love and lessons out of life. I am learning to be A Mindful Soul in whatever moment I am situated, and I’d like you to join me on this journey.
I will be shining light and love on nourishment, movement, spirituality and life.
My journey of health and wellness has mostly revolved around nourishment and movement for many years, but over that time it has taken many different forms. In particular over the last few years I love to see how my body reacts to different ways of eating and exercising, especially when it comes to going against the norm with my type 1 diabetes. Recently I have gained interest in the spirituality side of life, from meditation, energies that surround us and the things that sound a bit loopy, but this is where A Mindful Soul is being created. So please join me on my journey, which will be full of the following (see image).
We are all on our own journey and no one person is the same as you or me. So I have to decide what journey is best for me, and by sharing it with you, I hope to create more mindful souls on their own journey.
